Menu Change

Due to seasonal trends it may be necessary to alter menus accordingly.

Placing an Order

On placing an order a confirmation of numbers of people, menu choice and delivery address will be required. A 50% non refundable deposit will be required at time of booking and the balance at time of delivery. Once your deposit is received a confirmation of the booking will be emailed to you. 

Changing Numbers

A change of numbers must be confirmed no later than 5 days prior to the event.

Our Menus

The menus offered are designed to be flexible, to suit your own personal requirements, we will only be too pleased to prepare an individual menu to suit your own specification. A home visit can be arranged to discuss any aspect of bespoke tailored menus & specific special table presentation requirements.

Amending a booking 

Amending a booking may incur a charge depending on a number of factors.  

Last Minute Bookings 

We would advise to call us on 07555 820 207 if you have a last minute booking, this allows us to provide you with an immediate response if we can fulfil your requirements 

Payment

We accept payment by Debit or Credit Card. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required at time of booking and the balance at the time of delivery. Once your deposit is received a confirmation of the booking will be emailed to you.  

Cancellations 

Cancellation charges apply under 7 days notice (50%)

Hire

Crockery / Stainless steel Cutlery and table cloths are available for hire, please see our hire menu

Staff

Staff can be provided to serve at your function charged at an hourly rate, please ask for details.
